Increase the Impact of your Gift!

Making a gift to Bridgeport Hospital just got easier.  You can now set up a recurring gift over months or years, allowing you to give by paying smaller amounts over time.  A recurring gift is a gift repeated at regular intervals for the duration that you select.

Recurring gifts are easy and convenient.  You can build a significant contribution through smaller monthly installments.  Help provide Bridgeport Hospital with an ongoing, reliable source of funding throughout the year.

Some of our fund options include the:

• Fay Fund – supports non-medical needs of our patients. Some examples of what this fund has paid for include payment of a utility bill for a patient so that they can be discharged home to lights and heat, or to cover prescription co-pays so that the patient can remain compliant with their medications and out of the hospital as well as the purchase of a cane to assist the patient with their mobility.
• Transportation Access Fund – provides parking validation in the Ahlbin Garage, taxi vouchers and bus passes so that our patients can get to their doctors’ appointments and not have to choose between paying to park, taxi and bus fares or eating dinner.  The Transportation Access Fund may be found by Clicking here to make an online donation.
• The Dr. Tom Kennedy Toy Closet – provides age-appropriate and educational toys for our pediatric patients.

These are just a few of the many funds listed on our website that assist our patients daily.

1. To make a recurring gift, click on DONATE on the main menu.
2. Select the area you wish to support by choosing from the list of funds.
3. Next, select a donation amount or enter an amount to give monthly.
4. Under Gift Type, choose “Recurring Gift“.
5. Finally, select the gift duration in months or ongoing from the drop down menu presented.

Your total gift will be calculated and displayed in the Total Gift Calculation box for the year.
