Destress and relax while learning this tiny joyful instrument!  Research has shown that playing music releases stress, decreases pain and anxiety, focuses the mind and improves mood.  Class size is limited to 4. RSVP required.

Instruments provided. Beginners welcome – NO music experience necessary!
